There are several ways we can provide training on the GATORS® system:
We can conduct the training in your office.
Your employees can attend training at our headquarters office in downtown Pittsburgh.
We can conduct the training over the Internet using ReadyCast once the system is in production.
With ReadyCast, we schedule the training session(s) and at the appointed time, all parties then connect via both a telephone conference call service and log on to the ReadyCast web site. With everyone accessing at the same screens simultaneously, we can train your employees, answer individual questions as they arise and display the answers on everyone's web browsers.
On-site GATORS® Administrator and GATORS® End-user training is included in the purchase price of GATORS® Licensed. Additional custom training classes are also available for both products at an additional cost as requested.
GATORS® Administrator and GATORS® End-user training are available for GATORS® Hosted on a daily fee basis (plus travel and expense for training conducted at the customer facility). ReadyCast training for both products is also available on an hourly fee basis.
GATORS® training courses are designed to meet the needs of system administrators and production users.
GATORS® Administrator
In this course, Administrators learn how to set up the GATORS® system for initial use by entering customer address, phone and account numbers, product types, customer pricing, vendor pricing, user profiles, and other basic information. Training also covers system maintenance and how to make changes to such information as it becomes necessary.
GATORS® End-user
In this course, End-users learn how to enter and process orders, produce and deliver final products, and use special customer service features such as the Follow-Up Queue.
