System Implementation

How long will the installation process take?
System installation times usually span 2-4 weeks, but are dependent primarily on the schedule of your implementation team. We will help you identify milestones for the installation, a training syllabus, and go-live dates based upon the specific needs and operating environment of your organization.

What kind of help desk support is available for GATORS®?
Help desk support hours are Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 am EST to 8:00 pm EST, for software related issues. GATORS® also includes e-mail support and a complete online user manual.

Can we convert the files from our old system to use in GATORS®?
Yes, we offer extensive data conversion services for any legacy data you may have. The GATORS® installation team we will review conversion objectives and times frames, and complete the project in a timely and accurately manner. Additional fees may apply for this service.

Why do I need a Maintenance contract?
GATORS® is upgraded several times each year. Purchasing a maintenance contract ensures that you get full access to technical support through e-mail, fax or telephone, as well as all software enhancements and upgrades as they become available for your version of GATORS®.
